ACF Community Grant Cycles

Each spring and fall, the Alamance Community Foundation awards Community Grants to nonprofit organizations whose work directly benefits Alamance County and its residents. Grants may support program-specific initiatives or general operating needs, helping organizations strengthen services, expand impact, and respond to community opportunities and challenges.

Our Community Grants program supports nonprofits doing many different kinds of work in the community and is not limited to specific funding categories. Grants are awarded through a competitive review process, and while we receive many strong applications each cycle, available funding is limited and not every request can be supported.

Grant amounts are typically between $1,000 and $5,000.
